We have taken our experience on large projects in the Fortune 500 market and created a scaled down methodology specifically for the mid-market.

The methodology includes task plans, management checklists, detailed sample documents for all key project deliverables, and a framework for management checkpoints.

Methodology & Mentoring

Our senior project managers will train and mentor your team on how to use our methodology.

Rather than assign full time consultants to do the work as we might for larger Fortune 500 clients, we show your team how to do the project and provide guidance when they need help.
